What happened on Discord is the same thing it might happen to Twitch probably and is high likely too…

I haven't streamed in a while, parenthood priority. We've since moved, same town, just different street address. Likely I'll have to update my verification.

You don't need 10, 4k res, outfits!
You CAN split between 3 or more avatars.
Upload-swap from the outfit closet.
Prefab layering, all the same-like avatars in the same project.
Importantly, Backup, Backup, Backup!

I don't think it'll make much difference, your Codec is manually set, mine is on Auto.

"Channel Width" adjusts Speed vs Penetration. Wifi6e has 20/40/80/160/320. Due to my need and environment, I was lucky the 80 was the sweet spot. Lower is slower but penetrates walls far better, higher is faster, but weaker with walls.

Wifi Channel overlapping is a concern. I wish you the best of luck, there's a lot of variables. Look up your router and find how to change the channel, so that it's not overly combating your neighbor's wifi. Like stations in a car for AM/FM.
On Wifi5/6/6e shouldn't be an issue, but best to review.

Second, your Wifi needs to be Wifi 6 "e", not just "Wifi6". The Wifi6 improves upon Wifi5, without the Wifi6e speeds.
From experience, most ISP supplied Modem/router combos advertise Wifi6, but that's for stability and distance.
You can get away on Wifi6, but the speed cap is going to hit you hard.

Drop that down to say 80 for now, and bump it up until you find a reasonable spot for your use cases.
Automatic Bitrate is suppose to adjust for this, however if it's auto setting to 40Mbs or less (frequently with me, 3 walls causing issues), your wifi is unstable.

First thing, your PC looks like it should handle the setup just fine. The Encoding is going nuts trying to push 200Mbs bitrate.
For reference, Streaming on Twitch and Youtube is 10Mbps, more commonly less than that (I used to do it at 5Mbps 6 years ago, 1080p 30FPS).

If your Wifi can't send a solid 200Mbps bitrate, you're going to have problems. PC pushing what it can't while VRChat is hogging.
I've got Gigabit connection from my computer to my network switch, and then to my Unifi AP Wifi6e.
80Mbps works, for me, for my environment. Any higher, and it struggles.
