This is everything for me as fan at an older age. George Paton has raised all boats when it comes to quality of character. I’ll root for this team all day every day.
I didn’t say he was great. I said he won a Super Bowl as GM. There were definitely some real bad decisions, but there were also some real good ones. Especially in free agency. The longer he was there the more disinterested he became. He should have left after the Super Bowl win.
John Elway won a SB as GM of the Broncos.
I’m not convinced the Broncos won’t make a move if it presents itself. They missed on some guys early that IMO were grossly overpriced. That’s the nature of free agency. History says more than half of these guys will be cut after one or two years of their deals.
None of the numbers are going to be official until tomorrow when the new league year begins. That’s why none of the sites have updated yet.
Hmmm. Interesting!
LOL. Not the same.
Well 💩 I guess not.
Absolutely. Despite all the buzz about the Broncos having cap space, they used much of it to resign in house guys. Not a bad move really. Broncos were 1/3 in big name free agents last year. Hopefully they can get more from Greenlaw and Engram.
J.K. Dobbins re-signing with the Denver Broncos means I get to keep using my Dobbins drawing!
Nah. Dobbins and a draft pick to fill out the room.
Meinerz is done.
I’m down with the Strnad resigning, but am annoyed that Adam Trautman is coming back. He is constantly missing assignments and is a non factor in the passing game. Disappointing to say the least.
Walz was a disaster from the jump. Absolutely terrible choice as a running mate.
For sure. Good on the Bills for getting a deal done before the market resets.
Absolute bargain for the production the Broncos get. Davis is a special player but that’s a lot of bread for one dude.
I think we see Roach play more DE this season on early downs. I’m intrigued by Savion Jones but don’t see him starting this season.
😎🤣
I’m down but I don’t want to see those void years with hella dead cap.
Im going to throw water on all of this and say JK Dobbins. To me this will be the move and a draft pick to take the third spot from Badie.
There are other ways to cut some costs. A lot of dead money with Powers deal. I don’t hate it at all.
They have to reset with their cap situation. They made a good decision for the long term.
All due respect, SB MVP is not a reason to give out big contract. Walker is a nice player but people seem to be overly excited about him.
He and Harvey are similarly sized with similar skill sets. It seems counterproductive to me.
I would prefer they target a back with more size and power.
He is triggered by a coach who said he was looking forward to playing against him. Sean Payton deserves all the shit/hate he gets. He is a dickhead. That being said, RW has completely blown this out of proportion.
I feel like he is going to be waaaay overpriced as the top back on the market. It seems to me that they could get similar results for much less money.
🤣Sorry
The Broncos were lovable losers in those days. Three SB’s in four years.
Texans gave up a lot for a RB. Montgomery is a nice player but I thought the price was awfully steep.
Say what? Montgomery is a Texan?
Nuggets are in trouble. They look as bad as they did last year at this time.
