Poland breached woman’s abortion rights, top European court ruled | Euractiv The ECHR found that a Polish Constitutional Court's ruling violated Article 8 of the European Convention on Human Right

Last week the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) ruled that Poland violated abortion rights. While important, past ECHR decisions have been ignored by Poland so people still need help. SAFE, part of the Abortion Without Borders network, helps roughly 130 Polish women access abortions each day.
