Hooray, the electricity is back! The heater is already show 16°C, and the room feels warmer. Pashtet even crawled out of his warm shelter onto his favorite windowsill!

We have another power outage at our building. The power companies can't handle the volume of calls. My house has been without power for 26 hours now. If we're lucky, it will be repaired tomorrow. If we're unlucky, we might have to wait until February 10th😕

It's been 14°C at home for the last few weeks. The heaters only work when there's power 4-6 hours a day. Hot water only works with electricity. But we're trying to adapt.
Pashtet is sleeping again in his children's sofa or warming my feet🌞

My dad is doing well. He regularly undergoes tests and checkups to monitor his post-operative condition. Pashtet pays the most attention to him out of the whole family.

Friends, I'll give you a quick update. We're all doing well, but I haven't had the energy to write anything. I've already been sick three times this winter. But now I realize I've missed you. I will try to write regularly.

We're using all available resources to keep our homes warm and our phones charged. Overall, we've already adapted.

My family is doing as well as possible. We're preparing for winter; Putin is promising to shell energy facilities, so we need to be prepared for the cold.

The summer heat passed and Pashtet returned to his favorite windowsill😺

Friends, we're all doing just fine. A lot has piled up. And it looks like our big catfamily will soon be growing, you'll find out very soon.

Yesterday was a long and hard day. My husband's grandfather's funeral. He was a great and bright man, a teacher and a family man. More than 50 people came to say goodbye to him. It was heartbreaking. But now his soul is in a better world in peace.

Today we was lucky enough to see the lunar eclipse in Ukraine before the clouds came in. It was so exciting. I usually miss everything because of the clouds. But not today 😊
The camera can capture more than the human eye. In reality, I only saw a third of the orange color 🌃

Drones were flying around Kyiv almost all day, a short pause and now again.

Pashtet is unhappy that they kept him from sleeping all day😾

Today Pashtet was perfectly positioned on the hot stand😼

I was lucky enough to spend the weekend with my parents in the village visiting my cousin. No air raid alarms and drones there.

Pashtet stayed with my grandmother, she asked us not to take him with us. But the cousin has a little calico named Bulka and her mother Shkvarka😺

Meanwhile, Pashtet is living his best life. He tried to escape from the shelter three times during the night. Only treats stopped him. He ate his fill and slept all day.

Today is a double celebration!

Pashtet turned 3 years old. But more attention went to my grandmother, today she turned 85!

We had a small but very cozy family celebration🥳

Dad is fine. He is still adapting to the discomfort that is a consequence of the operation, but this is not the worst thing. He is forced to wear urological pads or diapers. But everything else is as usual))

Friends, I seem to have found inspiration to return. We are all fine. Everyone is alive, healthy and continue to live our brave lives in our unbreakable country💙💛
