You cant force a glow up overnight but you can certainly start. Sometimes you have to look good to feel good. First week, try finding makeup styles and outfits that future you would wear. Make a pinterest, put everything you want in there, BUT actively try them out. Dont save and forget.

please try simplifying your routine. I'm talking ONLY cleaning, moisturizing and SPF- nothing else until that skin bareier heals. It took me months, but I'm acne free now. Also this cleanser: AMAZING. (You can even use it on your hair- controversial, I know).

Posture!! And this is a very good example that you dont have to look like crowbar while doing it. +Stretching is very important to posture as well, you dont have to do that for hours, just do 10 minutes in the morning, thats better than 0.

Nails are important to looking good. They don't have to be long, but they should be clean. You can elevate their look with polish as well. Also, when a nail is broken its time to let go and start fresh. Dont be afraid to cut your nails when you lose one, otherwise it looks rough.

Tretinoin is great but please do be careful around pets- especially if theyre pregnant. Also use sun protectant- this goes without saying but this will make your skin more sensitive to the sun.

I wouldnt use crest whitening strips- I will comment the name of the one thats proven to work and not be so damaging I just cant remember it right now- theyre also a bit more expensive unfortunately.

Try non-damaging styles- this is very difficult for my hair to do but I try; and do not soak or leave your hair wet overnight as that can cause mold or scalp issues. I dont care if you go to bed with your hair wet, change that!! You'll avoid this!! Its worth taking forever to blowdry or air drying.

Grapeseed/pumpkin seed oil on ends, rosemary oil on roots roughly 2-4x a week at least 1+ hrs (hopefully more) before washing. Shampoo on roots, conditioner on ends/center. Lukewarm water (not boiling, not freezing).
Put your hair in protective styles before bed, and I recommend using a silk wrap.

Washing hair: Focus on your scalp! Don't scratch or aggressively rub, be gentle & thorough. You'll be surprised.
Wash whenever you feel that your hair needs to be washed. Everyones hair is different.

Healthy hair doesnt necessarily mean shiney/one texture/no frizz. A healthy scalp is also equally important as healthy hair. If you want to grow your hair, DO NOT CUT IT, avoid damage as much as possible while sleeping/brushing/tying/swimming- etc.

Honestly the one thing that helped me was emotionally exercising, like if I'm angry I'll do angry bicycle crunches. Works for being sad, frustrated, whatever. It sounds silly but trust me it helps a bit.
