Le président fait face à la colère d’une partie de sa population, et notamment la jeunesse, après l’incarcération de son principal adversaire, le maire d’Istanbul Ekrem Imamoglu, arrêté après avoir annoncé sa candidature à l’élection présidentielle de 2028 et largement investi depuis par quelque 15 millions d’électeurs. Assiste-t-on au crépuscule du régime d’Erdogan, ou bien à l’achèvement du glissement d'un pouvoir autoritaire vers la dictature ?
