would have made for a cool development over the series - starting as the Metroid Prime entity, then a new body in 2, and then a voice where we could get some further personality and motivation 👏

I feel like this could have evolved her presence even more from Prime 2, and been a sort of dark twist on the meta aspect of having Samus mostly non-verbal - like this Shadow version of her taunts her throughout the fight with a hijacked voice.

Something I've been thinking about with Metroid Prime 3's final boss...
Since the game puts a lot more focus on cutscenes and dialogue, I think it could have been cool if in the final fight, Dark Samus is able to speak to you via the corrupted Aurora Unit.

A mix of both in a sense. The GF requires her to use the standard issue equipment to begin with, and at this point in her life she is trying to accept herself as human, so she complies - poor birdy just wants to belong 💔

I revisited the sketch file for one of my original stories today - drew some new characters I've been figuring out for it :)

Race/Ancestry of the week: Revenants! Some are fortunate to return to the living in their previous bodies; and then there are Revenants. Refusing to leave this world, these folks have forged a new body of clay, metal, wood, or ash to stay and avenge their death!

Likely won't get a chance to play Hunters, but feeling quite ready for Prime 4 now! (will probably play that one *without* the motion controls though 💀)
