That is at least my understanding of the ruling. I could be wrong.
The TL DR of it is if someone looks at a trans woman, and generally thinks she's cis and then discriminates her on being a woman (Not discrimination on being trans) then said person can be prosecuted for sexism, if they think the person is trans (even if she's cis) then sexism isn't in play legally.
Don't expect much from a party that is chasing left economically right socially groups that make up the majority of red wall voters that they lost in 2017 and 2019.
But when you read the ruling it's pretty clear this only truly will be for trans women that pass.
Russian bots don't make up stuff. They find what people say in a country and repeat it over and over. So even if it was a Russian bot (it isn't) the thoughts already come from someone in the US that believes what was said

They knew what they were voting for when they voted for him. A Person can't claim ignorance when he's been in the news constantly for 10 years now. So they can't on one hand try to be nice to you, but do actions that will cause many people including yourself harm.

A month of playing Final Fantasy mainline games ended with me completing all the pixel remasters and get near the end of OG 7s new threat mod. Due to having fun, it's now become a 2 month of playing FF mainline games and if somehow get affiliate on twitch jumping straight to 14 to do everything!
Don't get me wrong it's a huuuuuuuge hypocrisy on their part (perfectly illustrated in the infamous West wing scene.) but unfortunately does exist in the Bible. And obviously I in no way support assholes that use it for their bigotry.
