Saddened to learn today of Martin Karplusโ passing over the weekend. He was an absolute luminary and founding force in computational chemistry and biophysics. His influence will be felt for many generations of scientists. May he rest in peace.

At first I thought there was confusion with Sir Fraser, but was just confirmed by the ISIS institute in Strasbourg, where I was until 1 year ago.
