This news is welcome, but tapering support so some children get more payments than others undermines the principle that all children need and deserve equal financial support.

The most effective way to reduce child poverty is to scrap the two-child limit in full, no ifs and no buts.

The British public understand that their future prosperity and security is tied to the rest of the world.

As we debate and reshape our country’s role on the world stage, we hope political leaders listen carefully.
