I think people struggle to acknowledge that the kind of cars they liked as Group A cars just don’t actually exist anymore.

Exactly this, and you can scale the body too.

The nuance generally gets lost in debates about WRC regulations and generally it’s always the same talking points. Most major four wheel series are space frame or space frame-esque, no there’s less and less of a link between the showroom and the stages

I can understand why brands play it safe with corporate liveries but the approach always feels a bit flat.

It’s a shame we’ve lost the local round of the British Rally Championship, hopefully the Northwest Stages continues in 2025 as a standalone event.
