I’m an autistic dancer, music is a whole brain/whole body experience. I have a huge, diverse musical taste which I love. Except sometimes, SURPRISE, no music for a day or a week because all sounds are too many sounds. Neat.

Anyone who thinks this way obviously has no experience fighting for support, accommodations, or benefits for themselves or others, ever, in addition to being the absolute WORST. There is no cure - you can’t rewire a persons brain. What autistic people need is support and acceptance and research into how to improve quality of life. But “autism parents” get the main say, no one listens to actually autistic people.
