And yet they're not demanding that e.g. the non-autistic and non-ADHD people queue at guest services to plead for mercy. So, in this context, I'd say where's the evidence that proportionately there's lots actual autistic/ADHD etc people gaming the system, compared to others? Tricky, isn't it.

I'm not sure there's any evidence of us abusing the system, though. They have to state their reasons on their application for the passes, and provide medical/professional evidence.

I lost count of how many autism studies put in a 'token girl' amongst a big cohort of boys, & declared the results to be meaningful for all autistic people. Not a consideration of that problem in their Limitations section, most of the time, signed off by reviewers and editors.

I have seen several people now state that the parents of Leon and Otis Clune were justified in killing their children because children in care are more likely to be sexually abused.

Somehow they managed to mock the inherent right to life of both disabled people *and* survivors of sexual violence.

Some in positions of power:

It's a tiny sample, and there's no control-group.
They don't even seem to have put in a end weight gain etc to prove their point.

Team refused to remove the drink if they e.g. gagged at the taste, texture or smell of it.
Team didn't bother to ask the children what the problems might be (they would have been up to 6 yrs old by test end point).
No long-term follow up or ethics writeup or consideration of e.g./

They had to endure this stuff for 2 yrs throughout a 4-6 hr day in a hospital/treatment centre. No consideration of sensory factors for the building, or their routine and developmental needs in the actual community for all those hours.
Ignored if they showed active distress/

The tiny little ones had their heads held to stop them moving away from the cup.
They were fed e.g. powdered nutrition supplement, stirred into water, with 50+ ingredients & no consideration of intolerances to any of that including sensory factors.
No inclusion of autistic/disabled advisers/
