He brings with him first-hand insight and technical expertise, and his data-led approach will strengthen our mission to make EV driving easier and fairer for everyone.

Interesting, a friend of mine who’s just bought an Audi Q6 was stuck between that or the EX30. He said he was great when he test drove it

I’m staggered that the EX30 has been as popular as it has - Cheap, flimsy interior, maddening infotainment, and some of the worst steering wheel controls I’ve ever used. Certainty the most disappointing car I tried last year.

They're pretty much all large vehicles, we really do need small viable EVs. I hope the BYD Seagull comes to the UK and is well priced.

What do you think of 2024’s top selling EVs in the UK?

Unfortunately didn't get far over Christmas due to work commitments. But I did pick up the new trailer last week so looking forward to testing that later in the month.

I'd say it only really happened a handful of times:
- Needed to charge to 100% to do Germany to Calais during covid
- In very cold temps at a 3rd party charger when you couldn't manually activate battery heating (now possible)
- few times late in evening when I'd already eaten and facilities closed

Just a 5 minute wait a Fleet services the day after Boxing Day.

Tried to force stop using the Mazda App but no joy. Eventually thought of reducing the % that DC charging stops at from 90% to 80% which did the trick as I was at 85%. Lesson learned - ONLY use Tesla app to charge a non-Tesla - never contactless! My 5 min test ended up taking 45 mins! 😂 2/2

No stress here in NI as family all live local 😂

Wait... got stressed when testing my MX-30 at a new V4 SC hub. My card had expired so had to use contactless via my phone. Soon figured out that there is no way to stop the charge. Rang support who said they couldn't stop the charge remotely! 1/2

This is what the electrification of transport looks like on the ground. Businesses dedicated to maintaining & repairing EVs steadily growing to meet demand, pulling in talent into the sector and equipping them with the same type of kit there customers will have.
