I'm gutted. I was enjoying the hell out of a very good fic and then WHAM. Unmarked Major Character Death of my favorite character. I'm so bummed now. It literally could've been prevented if every character hadn't chosen to be cruel or callous. Literally fic-ruining for me. (⁠〒⁠﹏⁠〒⁠)

I'm looking forward to it after I finish Itehari. I've heard nothing but good things

The problem with playing a lot of visual novels lately is that I neglect my books and other games, as it scratches both itches at once.

I think it's a wonderful cycle, and I lowkey wish it could be done with digital-only games 😖

Honestly, if you're not absolutely loving the game or have no intention of replaying it, especially with limited space, it's a good move.

Throw the game back out into the world for someone else to love, have the proceeds buy your next thing, and your collection better reflects your taste

Breath of Fire IV!!!!! 4 attempts and counting. I always get at least halfway through (I find Nina's sister), and then I move or the console or memory card craps out. The universe stops me.

Fashion Dreamer for Nintendo Switch

I have mixed feelings on this one. It's a well designed fashion game with lots of online features, but knowing the developers also did Style Savvy/Boutique, I was missing the more business sim elements.

It has a few updates I need to check out still

That awful goron puzzle inside the Moon when you're trying to get the Fierce Dirty mask 😖

I had the same issue as a kid. I was afraid of fire breathing lizard enemies lol

That coupled with the mood ruining goron puzzle 😑

I've never been a big XBox user. Historically PC & Sony (+Nintendo), so I've never used Game Pass.

Since my work schedule cycles between busy & light, I try to avoid subscriptions in general for games.

But I hate the concept of them raising prices for the same service level. Very anti-consumer 😑
