in a perfect system, the senate has merit. the house should be 1,000 reps representing diverse geographic regions and be a testing ground for politically interested people to compete for higher office.

the root of most of the political-choice issue is because the house of reps has been the same size since 1911. the house is supposed to be where ideas come to be debated from all across society. us not expanding the house empowered minority rule. we must #uncapthehouse
