When "raise the roof" meets "the roof is on fire".
Sweet revenge! Sweet, hard, throbbing revenge!
Aaaaaa, it's like the Major is hanging out in Cool World! That's awesome!

My goodness, does burnout suck ass.
"I'm glad they finally censored thing I don't like haha"
Guess what, thing you like comes next.
Only when they start saying hi back.
Only five pre-2000 shows and most of them are from the 90's?
I call bullshit.
I really hope Bayou Billy managed to save his girlfriend or get revenge or whatever it was he was trying to do in his game.
HURRRRR HURRHURRHURRHURRHURR
Been off-and-on reading Hellblazer. Currently in Garth Ennis' run and am reminded very forcefully that when the man has his worst impulses reigned in, he's a damn fine writer.
Outrageous! Truly truly truly outrageous!

"humble bundle featuring a harry potter game supporting the ESA" is like... wow! I can get a side of FLAMING garbage with my garbage? I can fund a "charity" that actively advocates AGAINST game preservation _and_ jkr at the same time? wow! not in a million fucking years
That is indeed how it works.

So then you do agree that Harris' loss was on her for not ensuring more people voted for her?
But if they want to win, they DO have the ability and responsibility to ensure AS MANY people vote, and vote for them, as possible. If they don't do that, if they fail to convince folks to vote for them or end up convincing folks to not vote for them, then that's on them, not the potential voters.
Okay but devil's advocate, one of the most hilarious things a movie has done is when The Bad Seed (1956) couldn't let the girl get away with her crimes but also couldn't have somebody kill her, so she just got taken out by a random bolt of lightning at the end.
Fear Street: Prom Queen, Two and a Half Stars.
Watched the first three Fear Streets and they were okay. This one? Also okay! Kinda boilerplate slasher thriller story, good kills, decent performances, definitely fun to make fun of. Wouldn't watch again but won't make me not watch the next one.
Thirteen Ghosts, Four Stars.
Is it goofy as hell? Doesn't make sense at a lot of points? Has a couple of egregious editing snafus? Yes, all of that. But I love it so much! The style, the ghosts, Matthew Lillard's performance! Had to share it with my partner when I learned she hadn't seen it.
The Thursday Murder Club, Three and a Half Stars.
Very cute mystery with some killer actors! I do have to agree with a lot of the reviews I've seen that it should have been made a series instead of a movie because my few complaints are mostly with how compressed the latter half of the movie feels.
Happy #LetterboxdFriday! What's YOUR #LastFourWatched?
Only three this week, but they were pretty good! I watched a fun cozy murder mystery, introduced my partner to one of my favorite horror movies, and mildly enjoyed the latest trip down Fear Street.

"We have such heterosexual sights to show you."
Famously when the violence starts getting too sexual in Hellraiser, Pinhead always stops things and says "Whoa, whoa . . . not without consent."
Kind of! But also with hunched backs, very long arms, and a natural ability to cast a levitation spell on themselves so they could float lazily and/or haughtily through the air.
Bring back Wash and get rid of Joss and I'd be on board.
Doubt that'll happen tho.
