Hays county is definitely not Austin’s area home base… that’s a much more rural area that includes Wimberley and San Marcos as the two largest populations in that county. I think it’s gonna come down to Harris County(Houston), Travis county(Austin) and San Antonio(Tallarico will win this one

True statement. I think that plus some of the far left end up being just as much of ideologues and single issue voters as the right. It’s why arguing with them is so difficult. It’s my way or the highway, which doesn’t lend itself to compromise or forward progress.

There’s definitely a Congress. And the rules are still mostly being followed. However, the GOP have certainly abdicated their power to the executive for this term. Which is why taking back the House and the Sen in the midterms is critical. If the GOP was fully in the tank, it would be much worse.

Another terrible Supreme Court decision from the early 80s requiring a war powers resolution to be required to present to the president for a veto. President should not be allowed to veto an inherent constitutional power.

I don’t know what you’re talking about. I follow politics closely and nobody’s talking about kitchen table issues. Talking about the corruption and demanding people resign and threatening impeachment. Just because you got a few people out there saying we got a bring down food cost…1/..
