The Snoopervisor (Wilma)

I’m curious about Mabel but my mom just says not to get too close. 🤷‍♂️

Nash is the coolest guy I know! I want to do everything he does and be just like him when I grow up!

I was going to ask if that was a (small) wolf spider, but I didn’t freak you out.

I wondered what kind of bug that is!?

My snoopervising duties today included checking the gutters. I had to remove a section to check for any obstructions.

I found a really good stick!

This is Wilma’s mom and I’m late to the party but I’d like to post a picture to remember my best girl. And say thank you to everyone that has reached out or said a kind word in the past few weeks.

Paws crossed fur a donut free day soon. Unless it’s Dunkin’ donuts! 🍩

We understand. Mom kind of wishes the timing would have been different, but eventually her broken heart will mend. 😌

Wilma’s mom and I miss her terribly and nothing will replace her in our hearts. But, I’m going to try my hardest to be the goodest best friend like she was to me. With that, I’d like to introduce you to Moses (Mo) Ferdinand Benton. (4/4)

But Wilma’s heart couldn’t hold out any longer. The timing was hard on both of us. Lots of mixed emotions. I wasn’t sure I was ready to be a mentor. Wilma left big paws to fill! But we also knew this sweet puppy needed a good, loving home. (3/4)

Wilma’s vet thought a puppy could give her a new sense of purpose as she was an excellent mom to her own puppies. So, we were counting on Wilma to help with the new arrival. We couldn’t fathom doing this without her snoopervision! (2/4)

Important note from Nash: Several weeks before Wilma passed, her mom put in an application for a puppy. She’s had dogs her whole life, but never had a puppy. This is a bucket list item for her. (1/4)

Nash here: my tia has to irrigate today and she was really missing Wilma’s assistance. But Mabel decided to step up and do some snoopervising in Wilma’s place. We are pretty proud of Mabel!

She would be extremely proud of this!
