yeah it's in Broadway Mall in Hicksville. there is actually 4 other locations it turns out but my god this is one of the biggest retro game stores I walked into where they have almost everything and at a very affordable and reasonable price.
in the end I bought a copy of Mario Golf for the GameBoy and an OEM GameBoy Color travel case. altogether it was just $20 and the game works too!!
definitely gonna come back next time, maybe to get Pokemon Pinball and see what else grabs my interest. oh! also to sell some of my GBA games.
they even got a lot of GameBoy games for very good prices. from $5 to 15 with rarer ones going for above $40.
they even have a lot of OEM accessories and cases too!!

one gripe I have about the show is some bits aren't exactly as properly adapted from the novel. Also the fact they made it an anthology series when the title "The Terror" was referencing the actual HMS Terror that was part of the failed Franklin Expedition with the HMS Erebus.

oh I actually did it myself using Davinci resolve. basic editing techniques of cropping images, keyframing the images, using solid colors, and just exporting some images as FG/BG layers to do some parallax motion
