Latino Freeze Economic Boycott: Will Latinos Use Their $2.5 Trillion Spending Power? The Latino Freeze Movement is a powerful call to action, demanding respect for Latino communities and holding corporations accountable for their DEI rollbacks.

If everyone, not just the Latino community, realized how powerful they are as a united block, these corporations and politicians would be playing no games. If the Latino community pulls this off, there’s no stopping them…

Women. People of color. Young people. etc etc Voter ID restrictions are as old as time, and we’ll keep fighting them just as we always have.

They say it’s just their “first” cohort and they welcome diversity, but isnt that just underscoring the problem? People of color and women aren’t first choices despite the makeup the news consuming audience. No one at behiive looked at this said, ummm 👀. The blind spots are real.

This is just normal day to day but such a clear example of how the more media “changes” the more it stays the same. Just look at the lineup of this inaugural cohort from @beehiiv.com - notice who they included and who they didn’t?

One of the most important things we can do in this moment is lean into our power of discernment. Trump’s play is shock and awe. Yes be shocked, but do not be in awe, and most importantly, focus on what’s real, and what’s not. Our power is in our focus, and then on our collective power.

In honor of the Inauguration today, I'm going to share some toplines from our survey of participants at the People's March in DC (I did this after the big marches during Trump 1.0 to document the Resistance), so here goes: People came from all over the US to participate--81% lived outside DC.

I didn’t always agree with the strategy of repro rights leaders, but Cecile Richards as an individual, never swayed from her purpose. When many repro leaders stepped away from me bc I no longer aligned with their politics, Cecile never did. Her legacy is undeniable. Que en paz descanses, amiga.

He's not even in office yet, and Sen Dems rolling over. My elder mother recovering from a major heart procedure has more fight in her than our leaders... she said--"Why can't Dems just vote their conscience and explain to the people why?" Get some spine, Ds or you will become obsolete.

I think it might be time for a mass exodus from the Dem Party, and prob a mass exodus from white feminist led repro too. They have both pissed away hundreds of billions. The result? Women have the least than in recent history. But the leaders have nice vacation homes, suites & fancy suits/dresses 🤷🏽‍♀️
