There's kittens?!

You get a portal? My local surgery cut all their online facilities despite still having them on their website. So from 8AM, I got to play Automated Response Roulette and fingers crossed I get in to a queue, which when I'm 13th in that queue, they've run out of appointments. Can't ever win.
