I know this is a post from a year ago but i just wanted to say this just incase, the game was not made by Kowloon Kurosawa (Hong Kong 97 guy) and while it was developed under the name HappySoft, the game itself was made by 2 of his friends. I don't blame you for not knowing that, its weird & obscure
