Depends on the type of work visa but foreign workers here do get healthcare as long as their work visa is in order, are employed and have an address in the country. Don't know if work/vacation visa has it, don't think so. Commonwealth vacation healthcare would be nice. Insurance cos would hate it. 🙂

Even if someone explains it so he understands, he'll forget he ever had that conversation in a few hours. When he speaks now half way through he seems to no longer knows who he's speaking to, maybe that's why he ends up going off on weird shit.
