Make your characters relatable. Give them quirks, habbits. Let them be strong and weak. Try not to make them perfect. (Something I do struggle with)

In a world where bad actors don't disclose their use of gen Ai or don't care about the impact this tech has, I think more devs should make it clear their games are crafted by themselves.
