This Valentine’s Day, XR Boston broke up with toxic banks! We told Bank of America, Chase Bank, & Citizens Bank: “It’s not us, it’s you” for funding fossil fuels, genocide, & ICE detention centers. Two trained and prepared activists were arrested, and many more sang, chanted, and marched in support!

I'm an economist. I LIKE banks in general. Yet, friends with @xrboston.bsky.social and I had to visit JPMorgan Chase in Downtown Boston yesterday to ask why it leads the world in financing fossil fuels and the war machine in Israel and Gaza. Climate destruction is wrong.
