I went to Seattle once close to Portland yep seen homeless people surrounded by beautiful landscapes. Nice place that needs devoted people willing to do hard work and actually help the community. Those people will work if given a chance. Very few give them a chance.

It's interesting that the parts of government that the rich people utilize are unaffected, but all the agencies that actually serve people are closed!
