Each case is different, but what helps me during sleeplesss anxiety periods is warm milk and quiet music that distracts my brain. Maybe give it a try if you've not before 💖

Man I had ad blocks but they were cancellee on youtube. Tried a few but all were blocked. So I just stopped looking for new ones. Sometimes simply refreshing works. 🥲

Oh my god mood. Even more so annoying when it's like a 2 min vid and you're hit with a 1,3 min ad that you can't skip for half it's duration.
Best part? I'd maybe purchase said item if I saw it in store.. but after seeing the ad 7 times in three 5min videos I'll make sure to NEVER buy it ANYWHERE 😂
