My day job is residential real estate: it’s hard to ignore what Trump’s tariff fumbling has done to the bond markets & how that affects mortgage rates. They’re back at 7.5% - erasing a couple Fed rate cuts. In the UK they’re at 3.8-4.8% & dropping. In the EU they’re 3.3% and dropping.
