Trump Backs Down on Insurrection Act as Democrats Take the Offensive

I’m asked all the time if our voices matter. They do. Keep being loud. We are all Minnesota.

The President has created a crisis in MN and using violence against people. There is no basis for invoking the Insurrection Act.

This admin is being driven by extremists like Stephen Miller who have no concept of the law.

President Trump has already had to pull the National Guard out of cities because the court found the deployment unlawful.

If he tries to use the Insurrection Act, we’ll be ready to hold him accountable.

What is the Trump-Vance admin hiding? Why do they continue to block members of Congress from accessing ICE facilities?

The answer is clear: what ICE is doing is harmful, and this admin does not want checks and balances.

We look forward to seeking answers in court.

We’ve said it before and will say it again: Courage is the new currency.

We won’t stop fighting until access is restored.

The lawlessness of this admin and the weaponization of our cities-like that which led to the killing of a US citizen this week-will not go unanswered. We the People know our rights & we will work every single day to defend them.
