So that they can be better equip and ready to make good choices when online. In this day and age, kids are starting to have these devices younger and younger. It is our job to equip them with the knowledge and guard rails to keep them safe in this ever always online world.

Some of my talking points were; At what age do kids get their first smart phone/device, what they are using them for, the dangerous of the internet towards children, and ways that the parents can help to protect and monitor them. I also gave the kids some privacy basics to follow when being online.

Yesterday, I was given the opportunity to speak with a group of Parents and their young children about being safe why using their smart devices. The kids really enjoyed the talk and understood the information. They were answering any questions, and being very engaged.
