James gets a Maschiff and befriends a Paldean Wooper who evolves into Clodsire, and he also has Morpeko

Meowth I think would be able to Terra into either Ghost, Ground, or Poison

Will likely change Seismitoad bc it's not available in SV

Honestly, I can see Ash rotating between all of his different Pokemon but bringing back some of his Unova mons and letting them evolve mainly Emboar bc he's Z-A starter

Ogerpon wants to help and try to bring back Kieran back to his senses or whatever, it's been a while

and finally Ogrepon would also be a temporary friend, not an official catch but similar to Jigglypuff, she would follow Ash to Blueberry Academy and battle with him against Kieran bc Ash's goal is to defeat him after Kieran's whole edge lord Arc

I feel in the Anime Scarlet and Violet would have a mix between the games and so he would befriend Koraidon which is how he would traverse Paldea and befriend an Iron Bundle bc it seems like the friendlier Paradox Pokemon who would help him in Area Zero

In rotation Ash has a Lokix

and Primeape returns and evolves into Annihilape

Cetoddle is a baby Pokemon, much like Lapras, that he takes care of until finding its family much later in the mid-late arcs

The Pokemon anime is kinda slow when it comes to evolutions so for his primary team we have

Pikachu with a Water Tera, although Flying works too

Fuecoco who I think would stay in its base form much like Totodile

Naclstack

Palafin

Kilowattrel

Frigibax which would be a late series addition

After I complete Pokemon X, I kinda wanna do an Ash Challenge in SV. Anyway I put together a team he would likely use if he were traveling Paldea, including some rotationals, temps, and a returning Pokemon

I want berry farming back.. I know it's probably easier just to pick up or buy the berries but I miss the cute berry trees and the satisfaction of gardening and having so many in your bag that status healing items would become obsolete

I busted out my 2DS and Pokemon X bc Z-A made me want to replay it and go through the story again. God, the clothing options were so much better in Gen 6, wtf happened in five years..

Got it with my first Gameboy when I turned 5! And I still have it although it's kind of dinged up :] screen didn't have a light in it so you had to play under a lamp or have an accessory I never got lol
