Hey #EconSky! Iβm looking for resources on preparing ACS census data for NBER TAXSIM. The Census Bureau has used it to compute SPM variables, but I canβt find any codes or detailed info on the process. Any tips? Thank you!

I prefer when a department is clear on its expectation to get tenure, rather than on the success rate (how many papers of which quality, teaching evaluations, etc). Makes it more simple to see if it's doable. Then, conditional on that I agree the success rate is important and not often told.
