I don't like these kind of advice. For ppl who need it it might mean repeating over and over 'I die from .....' to get into the right state of urgency. That way of thinking will certainly come true making a self fulfilling prophecy.

Nice article. Many startups indeed put the AI-label on their product and then try to figure out what to do actually. That's not a solid approach and annoys your early customers.
Find your niche first and scale from there.
