As a matter of fact, so could (and should some) EU Member States. Belgium is an example on point. State governance reforms are necessary but will not generate necessary income given urgency. Bonds are necessary.

Stopped in Kattegat, it was intercepted by Danish naval vessels HDMS Hvidbjørnen and HDMS Søløven. Yi Peng was en route from Ust-Luga to Port Said, and was captained by a Russian citizen.
Het is dus duidelijk dat die kabels wel degelijk van strategisch belang zijn. Hier geldt echter weer: "out of sight is out of mind" en bijgevolg niet voldoende aandacht.

Ik heb daar 7 jaar gewerkt als ingenieur, ik weet dat er strenge voorwaarden zijn en ik kan u met hand op het hart verzekeren dat het nooit een veiligheidsprobleem is geweest en conform huidige studies met extreem conservatieve assumptions nog _minstens_ 7 jaar verder kunnen.
