Not hearing an awful lot else about some of these incidents and whether they are believed to be linked?
But as UK Counter-Terrorism Policing says: If you see something that doesn't look right, please report it!!
So in the last 36 hours, there have been evacuations linked to either suspect packages or bomb hoax calls in 6 locations around the UK:
- Liverpool shopping centre
- US Embassy in London
- London Euston train station
- Glasgow transport hub
- Gatwick Airport south terminal
- Chester Train Station
Might as well at this point.
Go on Argentina, Labour want you to take the Falklands... and Spain you might as well take Gibraltar the way this government is going...

3) Puma going no surprise, but half expect no replacement now
4) Watchkeeper (ordered by Labour) scrapping seems a colossal waste... maybe give to Ukraine?
5) I dread what the actual SDR will say... cancel Type 83, cancel GCAP, cancel Challenger 3?
(2/3)
Just come home and seeing the news of Labour's defence cuts (before the SDR)...
1) yes we knew HMS Northumberland was going soon, no surprise
2) Once again scrapping our LPDs with a replacement not even agreed yet is dumb

She was shadowed by Danish navy for a while during night and is now in Danish Straits leaving Baltics.

20.09.2023 21:53 β π 5 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0We've officially launched The OSINT Bunker Podcast's website, go check it out here:

Picture shows four examples of a long, rectangular pod with rounded ends. The upper left corner has an annotation that reads "Japan, 2023" and shows the pod at an angle, mounted on an aircraft. Yellow, red, and pink lines note specific details on the pod. The lower left corner shows a similar-looking pod in the bucket of a yellow front-loader. This also shows red and pink lines marking similar details. The upper right corner shows another angle of the pod in the front loader bucket, this time from behind. Two cars are parked next to the dirt road the vehicle is driving on. The pod has yellow and red lines noting similar details. The lower right corner shows a similar-looking pod, missing a section after a crash. The annotation in the upper right corner of this frame reads "Syria, 2019". The torn end of the pod shows scraps of the materials that build out the frame of the pod, and a wire extends from it. The pod is leaning against a tree, sitting on the dirt and scattered rocks.
The AIB report makes no mention of mission equipment, because those details were not relevant to the cause of the crash. 17-4341 was, at the time of the crash, equipped with an as-of-yet unidentified pod that has shown up multiple times.
12.07.2023 16:18 β π 6 π 1 π¬ 0 π 0US Air Force MQ-9A 17-4341 on approach to land at Campia Turzii, RO. Picture shows an uncrewed aircraft against a blurry background of hills and mountains on a partly cloudy day. Text on the tail of the aircraft says "AF 17 341" in black letters.
Picture shows five cropped images of aircraft tails, with annotations showing the represented tail numbers on the aircraft tails: 13-0228, 17-0340, 13-0241, 17-0341, N429HK / N428HK
Front cover of a report. Text reads: UNITED STATES AIR FORCE ABBREVIATED AIRCRAFT ACCIDENT INVESTIGATION REPORT Inset image of the Air Combat Command emblem: two wings on a sword pointing down against a blue and red background. MQ-9A, T/N 17-4341 489th ATTACK SQUADRON 432nd ATTACK WING CREECH AIR FORCE BASE, NEVADA Inset image shows an MQ-9A Reaper uncrewed aircraft taking off from a runway. LOCATION: UNITED STATES EUROPEAN COMMAND AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY DATE OF ACCIDENT: 14 July 2022 BOARD PRESIDENT: COLONEL DAVID J. RICE Abbreviated Accident Investigation, conducted pursuant to Chapter 12 of Air Force Instruction 51-307
The AIB report for the MQ-9 crash in Romania last July reveals the tail number of the aircraft: 17-4341. I noted this airframe being stationed at Campia Turzii in a short blog post I wrote in 2021; in fact, local plane spotters had taken pictures of the airframe on approach.
