I honestly mostly stopped scrolling feeds a few years ago and the mental assault that occurs whenever I do attempt to read up on a topic or current affair is overwhelming; it feels like something is coming after me with knives. You know it's bleak when terms like "the attention economy" exist.

(I was overcome with the urge to paint hair on the nape of the neck after sitting here for an hour intending to draw a landscape.)

I've been sick all week; I was lulled into a false sense of security when the blocked nose went away yesterday but now it's been replaced by a terrible cough. ;_;
