I agree! I think the operative phrasing is "in agreement with service providers" because they were the ones that were going to get the huge fines per user, and why would tiktok want to leave them high and dry if there's any possibility of making future apps?

This is exactly why we are crumbling over this. We are going to lose our human to human contact and exposure. Other apps are brand to consumer.
