If you need any small/basic/fast protein drink recommendations I’d be happy to send some instructions for some of the drinks I like to make

I found that I make myself a lot of protein shakes, but I make them into things like iced coffees and tea lattes and I even have clear ones that are almost like making koolaids. And I one protein drink around me at all times so I can sip and eventually get daily nutrition
