I voted NO on this funding bill. The last thing American families need right now is skyrocketing health care premiums as they struggle to keep up with rising costs — but that’s exactly what they’re facing because of Trump and Republicans.

For over a month, I’ve been raising the alarm that millions of Americans’ health care costs could double or triple and that many won’t be able to afford their health insurance at all. Trump and Republican leaders have shown no interest in fixing this problem.

Trump’s only priority is giving a big tax cut to rich people, screwing over working people, and making his family richer while Americans struggle to get by. Republicans might not care about the families he’s hurting, but I do — and I won’t stop fighting for them.
