Meta announces new smart glasses with a bold claim. I've tried them - and am unconvinced Meta believes the new glasses keep "you tuned in to the world around you, not distracted from it". But I tried the tech on at an event with the company earlier this month and found the opposite.

Yes, there may be the risk of fakery. We remain hopeful platforms will take responsibility, like they have already with certain material (although not AI).

Our argument remains their reputation also depends on it, just like it's affecting your opinion of at least one of them. Let us see.

Yes it's a pretty upsetting subject Garry, it not being difficult to spot AI Gen material, esp. by other Tech.

Considering labels ourselves (so we think the same 👍), we wish it was rooted out altogether, or at least sold under an AI category or lowered to the bottom of retail search results.
