Billionaires should be taxed out of existence. It is impossible to earn that much money, and it is harmful to society to have that level of inequality. No one should be allowed to have that kind of money.

There is an interesting precedent tangentially related to that. China’s veto was reassigned from Taiwan to Communist China. The Soviet Union’s veto could be reassigned from Russia to Ukraine. But yeah, an override mechanism would be a big improvement too.

I kind of get the UN (security council vetoes were to make a nuclear war less likely). But yeah, every single country in the EU and NATO having a veto is just stupid and ripe for abuse.
