The Lincoln has Growlers with AN/ALQ-249 jammers. While newer they actually jam a narrower range of frequencies and are just now being battle tested. Both jamming suites are primarily intended to jam air defences in support of strike missions. The Iranians should definitely test them with drones.

Growlers? Technically yes, but those weren't really designed with drones in mind, and the ALQ-99 jamming pods they use are rather unreliable to begin with. Off label usage like this isn't likely to make them more reliable.

Carriers move slowly enough that even unguided rockets could get close enough that the carrier group would need to shoot them down. Iranian drones are remotely piloted and could easily hit a target as large as a ship. They also cost FAR less than the interceptor missiles that would shoot them down.
