I know but people have short memories even if they're aware this happens so it's important for us to keep pointing out. This is a pretty easy one to explain and easy for naysayers to dig online and find their own truth.
We should ban insider trading and if it were up to me, every federal politician would be required to divest from their investments before being sworn into office.
Yeah, we are screwed as long as Citizen's United remains law and the idea that a company can have Constitutional rights must end.
Yep, that's exactly what I'm talking about. I watched some foreign newscasts where viewers took video with their camera phone and there's a lot that should be shown to Americans. It's already an overwhelmingly unpopular war that will harm Republicans in the midterms. We are never told the truth.
No one is fooled anymore, not even MAGA who have also been demanding that Trump release the files. They want to be evil but want to stop just short of raping 12 y/o girls. Though, raping 16y/o girls probably would have been okay with that crowd.
Slowing down production is a bit of a risk. If all of a sudden one an employee started doing half as much work as they've been doing up until now, they probably wouldn't remain an employee long.
That's really not a new thing. Places like that exist all over. The Catholic Charities of Maine handle this in most cases in the Portland area and there is no shortage of complaints of being forced to go to church mass in order to get the money owed to them. I'm talking decades of complaints.
Exactly who are all those camps for???
This about this too: members of Congress own stock in companies that profit from ICE activity. The same thing goes for the war in Iran but even worse.
IMO, you will never find a political candidate that is going to vote for something that loses them money.
Connected to ICE now or any time in the past? No votes. Connected to AIPAC and have taken any donations from them at any time in the past? No votes.
Connected to Israel and supported then now or at any time in the past? No votes.
If either candidate supports the war in Iran in 2028, No votes. π
Is this Israel attacking Iran or vice versa? You really have to dig to find footage of Iran successfully busting through the Iron Dome by overwhelming it. There's a little footage of other nations being attacked by Iran but Dubai arrested a brit for posting a video of them being hit by Iran. π€π
George W Bush was pretty bad. Dick Cheney was more in charge than George.
Look, I'm not going to keep batting the ball back and forth with you. My opinion has been stated. This is the end of the line.
Just like there was support to invade Iraq, to get weapons of mass destruction when there weren't any and many think he just made it up. Maybe even just for revenge against Saddam but I'm sure oil had more to do with it.
You mean, a Repub president didn't start that war? Yes, there was support for Afghanistan but not even remotely any support for a $2t 20 year long war. Every war that has started in my lifetime has been started by a Repub. I'm not absolving Dems of their part but Repubs are more responsible
He had one b/c he lied. I was alive then and remember it very well.
Truman called the Korean War, a police action and it's still very controversial. The fact that a previous president acted illegally is not precedence for future presidents to act illegally and it be okay. Most Americans don't care
The one thing that I can say for certain, is that when someone just pulls out the antisemetic card when we are discussing US policy and the govt of Israel, it comes from someone who is being intentionally or otherwise, ignorant.
This is what every conversation with someone pro-Israel devolves to.
This is Israel. Foreign countries cannot donate money to US campaigns, it's against the law as it is in most countries. The idea that this is on the back of US, mostly Jewish donations isn't believed by very many people.
It's a PR campaign for Israel filled with dark money.
Then he started another war in Afghanistan, while OBL was in Pakistan, that raged for two decades and cost $2t. We were held of for that time by goat farmers and we have nothing to show for it.
We should be really proud of the wars Republicans start. π
FTR, I don't like any of it.
Clinton, Obama, and Biden entered into an illegal war as a combatant in the least popular conflict in US history or did they just hit terrorist targets.
It's odd that you didn't mention Bush who started an illegal war under false pretenses which dragged our allies in and we murdered a million ppl.
It's commonplace but everything is so openly corrupt these days. AIPAC admits they are spending hundreds of millions during primaries and general elections to ensure both candidates are pro-Israel and don't care which party wins. AIPAC gives money to any who will take the money.
This was like a children's book for the simplest buyoff ever. He was a progressive, Israel gave him a shitload of money for his campaign, he took it, and instantly started running commercials, angry at Biden, for not supporting Israel's war against Palestinians more. Then he started voting wRepubs.π€·ββοΈ
But to each their own.
Trump is not a big boy but he is the legally elected President and Congress voted to allow him to have these war powers so it's all okay. No big deal. Nothing to see here right? π
I didn't even present you with something that is unusual during wartime. Information is always kept from people but in this day and age, it's impossible to keep people in other nations from sharing their news with us.
How very American of you to dismiss it w/o a minute of your own research.
even voting to give Trump this power, but isn't running for office again, because he won't be reelected. 3/3
One of my Congressmen took millions from AIPAC (they gave him ten times as much money as the next largest donation). He took the money and instantly turned very anti-Biden (he's a Dem), voted to support Israel, 2/
Oh good, can we have our money back?
Regardless of whatever stupid shit we have done up to this point, it's time to cut ties and this war is so unpopular, we might be able to do just that. Wait until midterms and 2028, millions are going to avoid candidate that took one dime from AIPAC. 1/
Just like Germany banned pro-Palestinian anything. They feel like they owe it to Jews.
I don't need someone who agrees with me to tell me that! π The question is rhetorical anyway and not many Israel supporters really want to talk about why we continue to protect them other than "it's our job to protect Jews".
Those are Black Jews, Israel only likes white Jews.
How much have you read in the MSM about Iranian victories, especially against the Iron Dome? We are only getting propaganda and you need to dig for the truth.
There's a very good reason why hardly anyone on Earth wants to support Israel. Bibi is a war monger who has dragged the US into this shit.
