Yeah, I'm struggling with this a lot. I don't have a following anymore since the great tumblr migration back in the day. I don't do tiktok much, and I'm inconsistently streaming. It's hard to grow an audience with OC art let alone know how to market yourself effectively. A lot of it seems to be luck

The next building set in my practice is a portion of the shopping/tourist strip in Arok City. The buildings are mostly rectangular and built of a sturdy material, in this case, sandstone bricks, making use of abundant natural resources. They're compact and sturdy to protect against wind gusts.

On the topic of background practice, I need to get more comfortable with buildings while also picking out the styles I'm using for the book, so here is house number 1 for the City of Merdell. Steep sloped roofs to discoursge snow build up and covered porches with steps to help prevent snow ins.

A kind of dark scene for me, from when my character found out that she had been unknowingly pregnant&lost the fetus during her injury that resulted in her surgery where the discovery was made. So this scene is after she's been told and decides she wants to see just one of its feet before burying it.
