Broth: 750ml 🐓stock, 2 🧄 cloves smashed, 1.5cm 🫚, 1.5 T soy sauce, 1.5 T 🇨🇳 cooking wine, 1/2 t roasted sesame oil - put in a pot over high heat w/ lid on, once simmering lower to med. let flavours infuse for 8-10min

Toppings: 1 cup shredded 🐓, noodles & veg of your choice, green onions

Simple Chinese Noodle soup for lunch. It took me 15min but that’s only because I already have homemade chicken stock and shredded chicken at hand. Otherwise, it would take a lot longer.

We're finished with this book! I didn't enjoy it as much as the other ones I've read so far from Kindle Unlimited's library but it's an interesting take on "vampire". I just wish the author wrote women better... 😩
