Not content with locking up pensioners and priests for opposing the ban on Palestine Action, Shabana Mahmood now wants to ban protests in solidarity with Palestine. She's violating our civil liberties and the right to protest — all while supporting the flow of arms to the apartheid genocidal state of Israel. I hope the ministerial car was worth throwing Palestinians under the bus. Shame on her.

We deplore racist attacks at home for the same reason we deplore genocide abroad: we believe in the equal value of human life.

My response to calls for the cancellation of peaceful protests for Palestine.

People from all walks of life — including many British Jews — are protesting against your government’s complicity in genocide and standing in solidarity with Palestine.

Conflating Israel’s genocide in Gaza with British Jews is deeply inappropriate and dangerous. Shame on you.

The Prime Minister could not bring himself to acknowledge the genocide in Gaza during his one-hour conference speech.

We know why: if he did, he would be admitting his government's complicity in the greatest crime of our time.

End all military cooperation with Israel, now.

Politicians are often derided as 'tribal' and unwilling to find common ground with other parties. It is therefore honourable of Jeremy Corbyn to acknowledge Labour's achievements in government.

Tony Blair’s catastrophic decision to invade Iraq cost thousands upon thousands of lives.

He shouldn’t be anywhere near the Middle East, let alone Gaza.

It is not up to Blair, Trump or Netanyahu to decide the future of Gaza. That is up to the people of Palestine.

A major breakthrough in the Labour Party and the trade union movement (the unions were central to this victory).

This further increases the pressure on the government to break with Israel. We need a full arms embargo.

I am disgusted by Reform UK's threats to people who have built a life in this country.

They are coming for our neighbours. They are coming for our colleagues. They are coming for our friends.

We are at a dangerous moment. This hatred cannot be appeased. It must be defeated.

Nigel Farage is shamelessly copying Donald Trump's playbook. For decades, politicians and the media have attacked refugees and migrants. Now even the rights of documented migrants are under threat. As many of us have warned: an attack on one is an attack on all of us. Abolishing Indefinite Leave to Remain is racist, cruel and would tear families apart.
