There’s more availability now than the last time I had look solo around here but it’s still competitive. I’ll never be able to buy in California unless I become very fortunate somehow.

There’s availability at least now but it’s still ultra competitive in certain areas. I’ve been to showings for apartments with a line of other suckers out the door.

It’s even worse here. I understand sometimes why people move far far away, away from all the people & overpriced madness.

Not yet, have until May 1 now. It’s a fucking pain in the ass to find a decent affordable place here.
