Umm, they did. Fairly recently.

They've also put out a Frosta, and just put out a Bow and Shadow Weaver. They've also retconned Despara into Filmation so they could have an Adora.

I have a feeling they're doing this to "counterbalance" the fact that the Origins line is doing more women (especially for She-Ra's 40th) and more obscure characters.

Anti-Eternia He-Man and a New Eternia Keldor. Both are loaded down with references to the Masters of the Multiverse comic from 2020. I suspect they'll call her New Etheria Despara, but they've basically slapped some rmoveable armour pieces on as a way to legally have a classic Adora.

It did take a full two years for the Revelation ep.10 reveals (Sorceress Teela, Motherboard, Orko the White) to get toys in the build to Revolution.

Maybe because we'll get to see them in more animation? I do know that several Powerhouse staff have listed an "Unannounced Project" that has been in full production since the start of the year.🤔

I think they might be dressing her up in removable gimmicks and calling her New Etheria Despara so as to past muster legally. Because they've given her leggings, they are no longer adhering to the licensing guide artwork (which lets them put out Filmation-based toys all the live-long day).

Jim Shooter wrote the original story treatment for Transformers. Where most would likely have considered a license for a toyline disposable, Shooter insisted on putting out quality work, even sending back the original character bios to be rewritten because he didn't think they were up to snuff.

The reanimation part seems like a needless expense, but hey ho.
