No, I tend to think we should make more jobs, including more higher ed jobs, better by extending the same types of rights to more people.

Basically, higher ed could a case for being—still—one of the most democratic workplaces in the country. That’s not saying a ton, but it’s saying something. The goal, I think, should be leaning into that strength.
