Of course if you’re playing on emulator you also have the option of savescumming. I’ve been playing some BK rom hacks lately and most of them retain the terrible Notes system, so savescumming is required to keep the experience enjoyable. Glad the sequels and most spiritual successors fixed that shit

I will say I beat Banjo-Tooie before Kazooie and I think it’s the superior game. But they both hold up extremely well. My main issue with BK is the Notes resetting every time you die or leave a world, which the Xbox port did fix. That’s the definitive way to play both games imo
